JHS Pedals is an electric guitar effects pedals company founded in 2007 by Joshua Health Scott in the basement of his home. Since 2007, JHS has grown to over 35 employees (both guitar players and not), building 100,000+ pedals annually, and has become a trusted name in the guitar pedal industry. Josh attributes this success to hard work and hiring good people - people who are eager to learn, take initiative, and treat others with respect regardless of their differences. At JHS Pedals, we believe that a Pedal Production Team Member's character, ability and willingness to learn, and passion for the story they are helping create in our customers' lives is the secret to success.
As a JHS Pedals Production Team Member, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process of JHS Pedals’ products. Generally, each Production Team Member is assigned to two departments—such as Enclosures, Assembly, Quality Control, Packaging, or Shipping & Receiving—with regular rotations between these departments to support operational needs. Currently, we are looking for someone to assist in Assembly and Shipping & Receiving.
