Qualifications:

●     Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is a plus, but not required.

●     Strong attention to detail and quality.

●     Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

●     Team player with good communication skills.

●     Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

 

Details:

●     Full-Time

●     Required 5 days at production facility (Manahawkin NJ)

●     Reporting to the Jetty Ink Production, QC and Logistics Manager.

 

Core Responsibilities:

●     Support Press Operators: Assist with “catching” items off the belt, ensuring products are handled carefully and checked for quality.

●     Quality Checks: Inspect finished products for defects, making sure they match Jetty’s standards before moving to the next stage.

●     Job Organization: Help organize and prepare products in the correct order for printing, tagging, and shipping.

●     Product Handling: Prepare items for post-production, including folding, stacking, and prepping for packing.

●     Inventory Support: Assist with tracking materials and supplies as they move through the production process.

●     Team Collaboration: Work closely with press operators, screen techs, and other production team members to keep everything on schedule.

●     Maintain a Clean Workspace: Help keep the production floor organized and free of obstacles to support a smooth workflow.
