Acting as the main point of contact, you’ll guide clients from initial design inspiration to the delivery of premium custom goods, ensuring their needs are met with creativity and precision. ● Experience: 3+ years in sales, account management, or a related role.
● Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
● Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the custom apparel industry and an understanding of retail trends.
● Personality: Client-focused, proactive, and results-driven.
● Type: Full-time (40 hours per week).
● Location: Jetty INK HQ / Some remote work possible
● Reporting to: Director of Sales and Director of INK.
Client Management:
● Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
● Provide timely updates, address client concerns, and proactively resolve any issues.
Collaboration & Coordination:
● Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
● Oversee the smooth onboarding of new clients and projects.
Sales & Growth:
● Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Jetty INK services.
● Generate new leads, onboard new business, and drive individual and team revenue goals.
Client Retention & Development:
● Foster strong relationships to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
● Strategically grow accounts through tailored solutions and excellent service.
