Jetty's Supply Chain Project Manager will work closely with Jetty’s executive team, market managers, contract manufacturers, packaging vendors, and biomass suppliers to ensure smooth flow of production. Project Manager will play an integral role by mitigating supply risk and provide solutions to ensure stable finished goods inventory. The Project Manager will ensure assigned KPI’s are achieved, lead quarterly business reviews with suppliers, support new product roadmap in respective regions and build strong relationships with vendors. The qualified individual must have five years of experience in Project Management preferably in Supply Chain. Prior cannabis experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

● Responsible for operations cost, delivery, and quality

● Drive and maintain Bill of Material to align with manufacturing and supply chain needs

● Oversight of raw materials and finished goods inventory with multiple third-party manufacturing

partners and vendors

● Prepare and track on-time delivery by third party manufacturing partners

● Provide guidance and measure vendors on development, performance, and productivity issues

● Foresee, escalate, and help mitigate supply chain risk to build plan

● Assist management with tracking of material cost

● Work closely with sales to track forecast in each geographic region

● Track and report category trends in each market (BDSA, Treez, Headset)

● Prepare and track monthly/quarterly business reviews and KPI dashboard

● Assist with new product launches in existing and new markets

Requirements:

● Excellent project management skills

● Must be organized and detail-oriented

● Experience with managing cross functional teams in multiple geographic regions

● Excellent communication skills

● Enthusiasm for the cannabis industry

● Must be able to travel as needed across the territory

● Minimum of 5 years of Project Management preferably in Supply Chain with increasing level of

responsibility is required

● Proficient with G-Suite, and ERP systems
