Jetty Extracts is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cannabis Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Oakland, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential and existing customers within the cannabis industry. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the Sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate sales through cold calling, email campaigns, and other marketing efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and customer interactions in the company’s CRM
  • system.
  • Follow up with potential customers to build relationships and provide information on products
  • and services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the cannabis industry and our products to effectively
  • communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the
  • business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers to ensure their
  • satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the sales process.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with
  • potential and existing customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally to attend industry events and conferences.

Salary

$65,000 - $75,000 per year
