Description

The Role

We are seeking experienced, independently licensed master's-level mental health therapists to join our growing national network of providers on a contract basis. We have immediate opportunities for clinicians authorized to provide telehealth services to patients located in Georgia and Illinois. Clinicians licensed in multiple states or eligible to obtain practice privileges through the Counseling Compact are especially encouraged to apply. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, a consistent referral network, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, trauma-informed psychotherapy to individuals recovering from personal injury and traumatic experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual psychotherapy through a secure telehealth platform.
  • Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment to individuals experiencing psychological symptoms following accidents, injuries, and other traumatic events.
  • Conduct clinical interviews, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor treatment progress.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and other healthcare professionals as appropriate.
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards, including compliance with applicable state telehealth requirements.


Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active, unrestricted independent clinical license, such as LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
  • Current authorization to provide telehealth psychotherapy to patients in at least one of our priority states: Georgia or Illinois.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing individual psychotherapy, preferably with trauma-exposed populations.
  • Experience delivering evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment difficulties, and trauma-related conditions.
  • Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual clinical environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Active clinical licensure in multiple states.
  • Eligibility for, or existing practice privileges through, the Counseling Compact, where operational and applicable.
  • Experience treating individuals involved in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents and other injury-related trauma.
  • Advanced training in evidence-based trauma therapies, such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), EMDR, or trauma-focused CBT.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Salary

$30,000 - $40,000 per year
