At Jenni's Clubhouse Corp, we believe in providing a nurturing and educational environment for children to thrive. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers a competitive salary range of $14 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Job Overview:**

As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of each child in your care. You will lead a classroom of young learners, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities and positive reinforcement.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the center's philosophy and educational standards

- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

- Communicate effectively with parents and staff members on a regular basis

- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, adjusting lesson plans as needed

- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team environment

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff

- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment for children
