A cleaner for JCJ Solutions maintains cleanliness and hygiene in residential or commercial settings by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Key responsibilities include emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment, often requiring physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Surface Care: Dusting, polishing, and cleaning furniture, countertops, fixtures, and woodwork.
• Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hard floors and carpets.
• Sanitization: Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors) and kitchens.
• Waste Management: Emptying trash bins, replacing liners, and disposing of waste/recycling.
• Maintenance: Cleaning mirrors and windows, restocking supplies as needed (toilet paper, soap), and reporting required repairs.
• Equipment Upkeep: Safely operating, cleaning, and storing vacuums, mops, and other cleaning equipment.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift cleaning equipment (often 25+ lbs).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Schedule: Flexibility to work, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
