We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join our client's legal team. This role requires an attorney with a strong background in personal injury law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to litigate cases when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a passion for standing up for the rights of injury victims and securing justice on their behalf.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Representation: Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims.
• Legal Strategy: Conduct thorough case investigations, assess liability, and develop strong legal strategies for each case.
• Document Preparation: Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in a timely and precise manner.
• Negotiation & Settlement: Engage in settlement negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Litigation: Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and courtroom trials when settlements are not possible.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and clear explanations of the legal process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to ensure case success.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Active CA Bar License
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law.
• Proven track record of negotiating settlements and trying cases to verdict.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
