This position assists servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency throughout the dining experience. Support Staff help create a welcoming environment for guests while allowing service staff to focus on customer care.

Description
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly
- Refill water, beverages, bread, and condiments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
- Stock supplies (plates, utensils, napkins, glassware, etc.)
- Support kitchen staff with basic prep, dishwashing, or food running as needed
- Remove trash and recycling regularly
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide friendly, professional interaction with guests
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods
