Provide friendly, personable, knowledgeable and hospitable service of food and beverage in accordance with established quality and time standards, while maintaining a high awareness of cleanliness in the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with guests and colleagues in a warm and professional manner
- Ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts, dressed in appropriate attire
- Accurately input food and beverage orders into the system
- Maintain and restock stations, including polishing silverware and glassware
- Assist guests with menu inquiries and provide recommendations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to tables following proper procedures
- Clear and clean tables throughout the restaurant, not limited to assigned station
- Communicate any issues or concerns to management promptly
- Collaborate with coworkers and management in a positive and cooperative manner
- Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas
- Assist in preparing for the next shift
- Adhere to sanitation protocols and alcohol service regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and support staff procedures
- Provide attentive service to guests to ensure a top-quality dining experience.
