What you'll do:



  • Manage front of house and back of house teams including scheduling, training, and general supervision
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures are being followed daily
  • Overseeing inventory and maintenance
  • Enforcing and monitoring all health, safety, and sanitation standards in your area
  • Handle guest complaints
  • Quality control management of all products that leave your outlet
  • Maintain and encourage positive interactions with front and back of house
  • Assist in controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency
  • Continually promote a positive culture of inclusion and respect among employees
  • Identify needs for education and training for employees

Requirements


What we need from you:


  • 3 years of restaurant experience
  • High school education or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Inventory and ordering experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Strong communications skills
  • Top notch problem solving skills
  • Flexibility in availability - nights and weekends and 8-hour shifts
  • A positive attitude
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to details
  • Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Food handler and alcohol certification


Salary

$22 - $25 per hour
