Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage spaces
- Dispose of trash and clean garbage containers
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks (e.g., food prep, restocking supplies) as needed
- Organize and store clean dishes and equipment properly
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Good physical stamina (standing for long periods, lifting items)
