• Supervise all casino floor activities, including table games, slot machines, and other gaming operations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal gaming laws and internal policies.
• Monitor cash flow, payouts, and security measures to prevent fraud or theft.

Staff Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and manage casino staff, including dealers, pit bosses, and floor supervisors.
• Schedule shifts and allocate resources to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.

Customer Service:

• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and disputes promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of hospitality and ensure a positive gaming experience.

Financial Oversight:

• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability of casino operations.
• Prepare reports for senior management on performance metrics and financial results.

Compliance & Security:

• Ensure adherence to gaming regulations and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with security teams to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

Marketing & Promotions:

• Work with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Analyze customer trends and feedback to improve offerings and attract new patrons.
