You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner

- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Take drink orders and process payments accurately

- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service

- Learn guests' preferences and provide personalized service

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in the restaurant industry

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

- Food handler and alcohol certification required

- 1+ years of mixology experience preferred
