We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hospitality‑driven Bar Manager to lead our bar operations. The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing daily bar service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role includes crafting high‑quality beverages, training bartenders, monitoring compliance with alcohol regulations, and maintaining a clean, organized, and profitable bar environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for mixology, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting

Required skills:

1-2 years of managing experience

3-5 years of bar tending experience

good communication skills

strong problem-solving skills

able to stand for long periods of time

able to lift 25lbs

knowledge of espressos is a plus!!!

Responsibilities:

scheduling bar staff

training bar staff

creating and pricing cocktails

bar inventory and ordering

oversees bar staff
