The Inside Sales Representative reports to the Sales Manager as a key member of the business development team. This role supports the company through lead generation and scheduling of qualified appointments which will help the JAN-PRO Support Team execute its business growth plan. This role will work closely with the Outside Sales Team and Representatives, Office Manager, and Operations. You will need to be able to speak comfortably with customers about products and applications, and computer literacy is necessary as it will be one of your most utilized assets in this role. An effective representative will enjoy a team atmosphere, have enthusiasm, courtesy, and articulation. We are here to present a service and support to customers, so being service minded will help you be successful.
Primary responsibility for lead generation and scheduling of qualified appointments which includes, using databases and additional resources to create appointments for our outside Sales Team.

Experience:
Advanced training, or college with an emphasis on business, sales and or marketing, is preferred.
Experience in utilizing ACT, Gold Mine, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, Microsoft Office, and Presentation Software.
Remote option, must be in the Columbia, SC area.
