Position Overview
The Program Director oversees the daily operations, staffing, and program development for JAI Care Solutions’ Elder and Learning Centers. This role ensures high-quality care, effective educational programming, and alignment with the organization’s mission and values. The Program Director provides leadership, guidance, and operational oversight to maintain excellence in service delivery and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily program operations for both the Elder Center and Learning Center.
- Supervise and support instructors, aides, volunteers, and administrative staff.
- Develop and evaluate program activities to meet participant and community needs.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
- Manage scheduling, budgets, and program supplies.
- Foster a positive, faith-centered, and inclusive environment for clients and staff.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and program expansion.
- Monitor program effectiveness and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for regulatory and organizational purposes.
- Represent JAI Care Solutions professionally in community partnerships and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Active Georgia license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in program management, education, or community services.
- Proven leadership, supervision, and team-building skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and best practices in care or education settings.
- Ability to multitask and manage operations across multiple programs.
- Commitment to faith-based values, integrity, and compassionate service.
- Must pass background check and drug screening prior to employment.

Compensation
Salary Range: $54,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience and education)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with flexibility for program or event needs
