We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Operations Director to lead our administrative, operational, and clinical teams as we grow from home care services into a full-service assisted living facility.
Position Overview
The Executive Operations Director is responsible for the strategic oversight and daily management of Jai Care Solutions’ operations. This includes ensuring compliance with Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) regulations, supervising key personnel, and maintaining operational efficiency, financial stability, and excellence in client care.
This leadership role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about senior care, deeply knowledgeable about Georgia regulatory requirements, and capable of managing growth across multiple service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for all agency operations, including home care and future assisted living services.
- Supervise and mentor administrators, RN supervisors, coordinators, and direct care staff.
- Ensure full compliance with Georgia DCH Rules 111-8-65 (Private Home Care Providers) and 111-8-63 (Assisted Living Communities).
- Develop and implement strategic goals, policies, and operational plans that align with the organization’s mission.
- Manage financial performance, including budgets, billing, payroll oversight, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
- Oversee client relations, ensuring responsive communication and satisfaction.
- Lead recruitment, training, and professional development of staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and maintain accountability across departments.
- Oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement programs.
- Serve as a liaison with state agencies, healthcare professionals, vendors, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Gerontology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in healthcare, social services, or business operations — including at least two (2) years in a supervisory, program management, or administrative leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, budgets, and organizational growth in a regulated or service-based environment.
- Strong understanding of Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated financial and business acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to foster teamwork, resolve conflicts, and promote accountability.
