Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review documents related to mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, entity formation, contracts, and compliance.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies related to tax planning and corporate transactions.
• Manage assigned cases to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting
• Strong interest and knowledge in tax law
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active state bar membership
• LLM in taxation is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in estate planning or corporate law.
