Bakery Lorraine is looking to fill Pastry cook/baker as soon as possible to work in our commissary kitchen located down Broadway. This location is not open to the public.

Availability to work weekends and holidays. Hours 3pm-1am and/or 5am-3pm, 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week.

Pastry Cook will work with tarts, cakes, and viennoiserie.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

+ Teamwork and ability to work independently as needed

+ Finishing tarts, decorating, working with fillings

+ Responsible for dressing pastries

Serious candidates only please. Must have own reliable transportation. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand on their feet for 10 hours.
