Bakery Lorraine is looking to hire one Pastry Chef assistant as soon as possible to work in our commissary kitchen located down Broadway. This location is not open to the public.

Availability to work weekends and holidays. Hours (10 hr shift) 3pm-1am/4 days a week.

Pastry Cook will work with breads, doughs, muffins, and viennoiserie.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

+ Teamwork and ability to work independently as needed

+ Finishing tarts, decorating, working with fillings

+ Responsible for dressing pastries
