Software Support Specialist

We provide turn-key software solutions and outsourced billing services to a multitude of medical practices including Rural Health Centers (RHC’s), chiropractic practices and general family practices. We provide customized software solutions to medical providers including UB-04 split billing, Bad Debt Reports, Flu and Pneumonia Logs, and Meaningful Use Medicaid Volume Reports. We also offer an easy-to-use Patient Pay portal.

Who we need: We are currently seeking a Software Support Specialist to join our team. This is a great position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working as part of a small team, and participating in collaborative processes.
How to succeed in this role: A successful candidate is someone who will take the initiative to explore the features of our product and seek to understand WHY our features and solutions work rather than just HOW. To join our team, you'll need to be a quick and flexible thinker, and able to client-face with medical health professionals (sonographers, physicians, chiropractors, medical billers, hospital I.T. administrators, etc.) to confidently provide quality customer support.
