MY ACADEMY is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary Homeroom Teacher to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $32,000 to $45,000 per year, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.

Job Overview:

As an Elementary Homeroom Teacher at MY ACADEMY, you will be responsible for creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for students in your assigned homeroom. You will develop lesson plans, deliver engaging instruction, and assess student progress to ensure academic success. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support the overall educational goals of the school.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards

- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and learning

- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavior

Requirements:
