Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Strategy & Execution

  • Participate in the development and execution of comprehensive growth marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on channel performance metrics to inform ongoing optimization
  • Contribute to budget management by monitoring spend and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results

Market & Competitive Awareness

  • Monitor the Las Vegas broadband market and track competitor pricing, promotions, and campaigns
  • Assist in developing competitive positioning materials including comparison sheets and sales support tools

SEO & Digital Visibility

  • Support SEO strategy and content efforts to improve organic search performance
  • Assist with location page updates, schema markup, and emerging AI search visibility initiatives

Website & Conversion

  • Contribute to website optimization efforts including conversion path improvements and package presentation
  • Support efforts to improve user experience across B2B and B2C audiences

Paid Media & Email Marketing

  • Assist in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across relevant channels
  • Support email marketing initiatives including welcome flows, retention programs, and re-engagement campaigns

Content Creation & Campaign Production

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and content that drive engagement and conversion
  • Develop and manage marketing content across multiple formats including digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, social media posts, blog content, and print materials
  • Write compelling, audience-specific copy and creative briefs that clearly communicate campaign objectives, messaging, and calls to action
  • Manage the end-to-end production of marketing campaigns from initial concept and creative brief through final execution, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, on brand, and within scope
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and strategic delivery of marketing materials across all channels
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, designers, and external vendors to manage campaign timelines, creative assets, and production schedules
  • Review and proof all marketing materials for accuracy, brand consistency, tone, and messaging alignment prior to publication or distribution
  • Repurpose and refresh existing content to maximize reach and extend the lifecycle of marketing assets across multiple platforms
  • Track campaign performance post-launch and use data insights to inform future content and production decisions
  • Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms to track campaign progress, manage deadlines, and coordinate deliverables across teams

Data & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics to support data-driven decision making
  • Utilize internal platforms including ODIN ERP to monitor campaign performance and customer data

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital and direct marketing, with exposure to multi-channel marketing programs
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, paid media, email marketing, and analytics
  • Experience using digital marketing platforms including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console, and CRM systems
  • Experience in or exposure to the telecommunications or broadband industry a plus

Skills:

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles across SEO, paid media, and email
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to contribute to content creation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while supporting creative direction and vendor coordination
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in telecommunications or broadband marketing
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and lifecycle automation
  • Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategies and segmented user experiences
  • Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools or AEO/GEO strategies


Salary

$23 - $23 per hour
