Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our business operations. You will manage the work order queue, coordinate technician dispatches, support procurement and inventory tracking, and assist with the operational reporting that keeps the team informed. In this role, you will be a driving force behind the consistency and reliability our clients expect, upholding isofy's standards of excellence and customer experience at every step.

You will own the work order queue, coordinate technician dispatches, assist with procurement and inventory, and produce the operational reporting that keeps our team ahead of client needs. Key duties:

  • Own and manage the work order queue, ensuring all site and internal projects are properly documented, prioritized, and moving toward resolution
  • Coordinate dispatches across internal and third-party technicians for on-site and remote support needs
  • Support hardware procurement planning, including tracking orders, coordinating with Finance on equipment needs, and ensuring HQ inventory is properly stocked
  • Manage inventory at HQ, including receiving and tracking project equipment at HQ, as well as packaging and monitoring delivery status to client sites
  • Monitor software license renewals and end-of-sale/end-of-life hardware status, alerting the team and driving resolution
  • Provide necessary paperwork for the Account Management team, including handover documents and periodic account reports
  • Produce regular operational reports that equip the operations team to make data-driven decisions, including work order status, client health, procurement tracking, and client support insights
  • Provide recommendations for efficiencies within the operations department
  • Complete other company tasks as necessary for operational success


Key Qualifications:

  • Highly organized, creative self-starter with attention to detail
  • Ability to develop, implement, and report on project processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project coordination/operations coordination experience
  • Experience with network management, especially configuring and programming ethernet switches, firewalls, and access points a plus
  • Get-it-done attitude


Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with hardware procurement or inventory tracking systems
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing or multi-site operations environment
  • Comfort building lightweight reporting tools to track work orders, procurement, or client health metrics
