Summary: We are seeking a technically deep and execution-focused Network Operations Manager to lead a global team of network engineers across multiple time zones and own the infrastructure that powers client networks around the world. This role is the technical authority for our network services function, responsible for engineering excellence, infrastructure ownership, and the long-term health, resiliency, and performance of all client network environments.
The Network Operations Manager owns our network support function end to end, enforces adherence to established technical standards, and drives our capabilities forward across support operations, configuration management, automation, and resiliency. This is a hands-on leadership role for a self-starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction and is equally comfortable leading engineers and getting into the technical details themselves.
This is an in-person role in Charleston, SC, with opportunity for remote work after onboarding.

- Build a high-performance engineering culture rooted in technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex network issues across the engineering team.
- Lead network support operations, ensuring proactive monitoring, rapid incident detection, and resolution across client sites globally.
- Own and continuously improve our support ticketing system, optimizing workflows, automations, and reporting to drive faster resolution times and stronger SLA adherence.
- Own support queue health and SLA adherence, and align engineering capacity and resource allocation with delivery execution.
- Own break-fix dispatches and RMAs, including hardware configuration and commissioning, to ensure rapid response and minimal client disruption.
- Drive site uptime, resiliency, and performance through proactive monitoring, incident management, and resiliency planning, ensuring client networks meet availability standards.
- Own all client network infrastructure, including adherence to configuration standards, firmware management, lifecycle management, and hardware ecosystems.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and ensure network topologies and configurations adhere to established standards and baselines.
- Identify gaps in existing standards and recommend improvements based on field experience.
- Lead our network automation strategy, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and scale engineering capacity.
- Evaluate and implement automation tooling across deployment, configuration, and monitoring workflows.
- Partner with our product team to align automation initiatives with platform capabilities.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and hardware ecosystems relevant to isofy's client environments.
