Job Summary
As a member of the inventory department, you will be responsible for receiving orders, assisting with organization/maintenance of inventory storage areas, and maintaining healthy inventory levels for all six of our departments including Restaurant, Juice Bar, Housekeeping/Laundry, Locker Rooms, Office Supplies, and Spa Department. Your attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work collaboratively will contribute to the smooth functioning of the inventory department and help meet the company’s operational goals.
General Accountabilities:
- Assist with the receiving of incoming inventory orders and verify accuracy and condition of incoming orders
- Maintain an orderly and organized inventory storage area with optimized space for efficiency
- Provide support to Inventory Team, and other attendants as needed
- Receiving shipments and transfer them to their respective departments
- Ensure accurate tracking of all items received and issued
- Make sure inventory is distributed to the right areas
- Physically drive and retrieve inventory from select vendors
- Help maintain inventory system and keep track of off-site products in storage
Job Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in inventory, logistics or a related field is a plus
- Available to accommodate last-minute shift changes, is a plus
