The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to own client relationships across our legal and financial accounts.
This is a high-responsibility, execution-heavy role — not customer service.
You will be responsible for ensuring:
- Leads and retainers are delivered properly
- Clients are satisfied
- Issues are identified and resolved quickly
- Revenue is protected
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients
- Manage relationships with law firms and financial partners
- Monitor lead delivery, caps, pacing, and performance daily
- Ensure leads and retainers are being delivered accurately and on time
- Identify and resolve issues related to quality, routing, tech, or billing
- Coordinate with internal teams (media buying, tech, operations)
- Track client feedback and drive resolution
- Ensure invoices are accurate and payments are collected on time
- Proactively communicate with clients to maintain strong relationships
- Keep all accounts organized — nothing falls through the cracks
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (IMPORTANT)
You must have experience working in a lead generation or performance marketing environment.
Ideal backgrounds include:
- Lead generation companies
- Affiliate marketing networks
- Legal intake / mass tort / personal injury
- Mortgage, lending, or financial lead flow
- Call centers or performance-based sales environments
