Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Location: Flexible (Remote or Tampa, FL preferred)

About the Role:
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager owns post-lead engagement across email, SMS, and retargeting channels. This role focuses on maximizing lead value, engagement, and monetization beyond the initial submission.
You’ll help ensure every lead we generate is fully leveraged.
What You’ll Work On
Email & SMS Programs
- Build and optimize lifecycle email and SMS flows
- Improve open rates, response rates, and downstream conversions
- Support upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation initiatives
Monetization & LTV Growth
- Identify opportunities to increase lead value post-submit
- Collaborate with marketing and data teams to improve performance
- Support new backend monetization experiments
Compliance & Consent
- Maintain consent and compliance standards
- Ensure responsible communication practices
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Experience with email and SMS marketing
- Strong copy and messaging instincts
- Data-driven approach to optimization
Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills
- Experience in lead generation or affiliate marketing
- Familiarity with ESPs, SMS platforms, and CRM tools
- Understanding of compliance requirements
