Legal Intake Operations Manager


Location: Flexible (Remote or Tampa, FL preferred)

About the Role:


The Legal Intake Operations Manager ensures that leads generated for legal campaigns are handled efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with buyer expectations. This role bridges marketing performance with real-world intake outcomes.


You’ll work closely with intake partners, law firms, and internal teams to improve quality and conversion.


What You’ll Work On


Intake Workflow Management


  • Oversee intake processes for mass tort and personal injury campaigns
  • Coordinate with intake partners and law firms
  • Ensure consistent lead handling standards


Quality & Performance Monitoring


  • Track contact rates, dispute rates, and intake feedback
  • Identify issues impacting conversion or quality
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve outcomes


Process Optimization


  • Help document intake best practices
  • Support future in-house intake initiatives
  • Improve communication between marketing and intake teams


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with legal intake or lead handling
