We’re hiring a growth-focused operator to increase revenue from our existing traffic and lead flow. This role is responsible for improving revenue per lead through upsells, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization, as well as identifying new monetization opportunities. You’ll have a direct impact on revenue and work closely with leadership to scale our monetization engine.

Title: Growth & Monetization Manager (Revenue Optimization)


Location: Remote (U.S. preferred)



About the Role:


We are looking for a growth-focused operator to maximize revenue from our existing traffic and lead flow.


This is not a traditional lifecycle or email role — this is a revenue-driving position focused on increasing value per lead and unlocking new monetization opportunities.


You will own how we turn traffic into revenue beyond the initial sale.



What You’ll Work On:


Revenue Optimization



  • Increase revenue per lead (RPL) across campaigns
  • Build and optimize upsells, cross-sells, and post-lead monetization
  • Identify opportunities to extract additional value from traffic


Lifecycle Marketing



  • Build and manage email and SMS campaigns
  • Optimize engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Improve follow-up and monetization across the funnel


Funnel & Conversion Optimization



  • Analyze user behavior across funnels
  • Improve conversion rates and user flow
  • Identify drop-off points and opportunities for improvement


New Revenue Opportunities



  • Identify and test new monetization strategies
  • Explore additional verticals and partnerships
  • Work with leadership on expanding revenue streams



What We’re Looking For:


Must-Have Skills



  • Experience in performance marketing, lead gen, or DTC
  • Strong understanding of funnels, LTV, and monetization
  • Analytical mindset with ability to act on data


Nice-to-Have / Bonus



  • Experience with email/SMS platforms
  • Experience in finance, debt, or home services verticals
  • Background in affiliate marketing or high-volume lead gen
