Full-Stack Marketing Developer

Location: Flexible (Remote or Tampa, FL preferred)

Company: Isla Marketing – a performance-driven lead generation company operating in finance, legal, home services, and more.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a versatile developer who thrives at the intersection of marketing performance and technical execution. You’ll work closely with our CTO, building, refining, and maintaining the high-converting landing pages, lead flows, integrations, and internal tools that power our campaigns across multiple verticals and ad platforms. From rapid funnel builds to custom platform development, you’ll help turn our marketing vision into profitable reality.

What You’ll Work On

• Landing Pages & Funnels
• Design & build lightweight, high-speed landing pages and presale funnels (Tailwind CSS / Alpine.js)
• Adapt existing templates for new campaigns and verticals
• Optimize for conversion, load time, and compliance
• Integrations & Lead Flow
• Implement & maintain lead flows in Lead Conduit (including buyer integration, filtering, and QA)
• Manage field mapping & spec changes when onboarding new buyers
• Handle API integrations with platforms like Google, Twilio, Mailgun, and Sinch
• Tracking & Analytics
• Set up & maintain Facebook CAPI, Google Ads/Analytics, GTM, and other conversion tracking
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure accurate, reliable performance data
• Internal Platform Development
• Contribute to our proprietary tools, including AdTide (ad creation/compliance), Showcase (creative approval), and future platform builds
• Assist in building modules and features that support scale across multiple verticals
• Data & Reporting
• Pull & organize specs, reports, and performance data for marketing and technical needs

What We’re Looking For

• Must-Have Skills
• Strong proficiency in Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, PHP, and MySQL
• Experience building and optimizing landing pages/funnels for lead generation
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, CAPI, and GTM
• Understanding of performance marketing and lead qualification logic
• Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills
• Experience with Lead Conduit or similar lead routing platforms
• Experience with APIs and automation
• Familiarity with AI tool integrations
• UX/UI design sensibility for high-converting marketing pages
• Mindset
