Data Analyst (Growth & Revenue)
Location: Flexible (Remote or Tampa, FL preferred)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to own performance insights across Isla’s marketing and revenue ecosystem. This role focuses on turning raw data into actionable intelligence that improves lead quality, buyer performance, and profitability across verticals.
You’ll work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to identify what’s working, what’s breaking, and where the biggest opportunities exist.
What You’ll Work On
Performance Analysis
- Analyze CPL, conversion rates, dispute rates, and downstream quality
- Track performance across legal, finance, and home services verticals
- Identify trends that impact LTV and profitability
Reporting & Dashboards
- Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and internal teams
- Support weekly and monthly performance reviews
- Ensure data accuracy across platforms and reports
Growth Insights
- Surface insights that inform testing, scaling, and buyer decisions
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and performance planning
- Support attribution and funnel optimization efforts
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with marketing or revenue data
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools
Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills
- Experience with lead generation or affiliate marketing data
- Familiarity with CRMs, lead routing platforms, or ad platforms
- SQL or basic scripting experience
Mindset
- Curious, detail-oriented, and results-focused
- Comfortable digging into messy data
- Thinks in terms of impact, not vanity metrics
