Brand Integrity Manager


Location: Flexible (Remote or Tampa, FL preferred)

About the Role:


The Brand Integrity Manager is responsible for protecting the trust, accuracy, and consistency of Isla’s brands across all marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, compliance, and partner trust — ensuring that everything we launch aligns with internal standards, buyer expectations, and evolving regulatory requirements.


You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, operations, and leadership to maintain brand credibility while allowing campaigns to scale aggressively and responsibly.


What You’ll Work On


Brand & Compliance Oversight


  • Review and approve marketing creative, messaging, and funnels across all brands
  • Ensure claims, positioning, and disclosures align with internal standards and partner requirements
  • Flag risk areas early and collaborate on compliant alternatives


Campaign Quality Control


  • Act as a quality gate for new campaigns, verticals, and traffic sources
  • Partner with performance marketing to balance scale with brand safety
  • Monitor dispute rates, buyer feedback, and quality signals


Internal Standards & Documentation


  • Maintain brand and integrity guidelines across legal and finance verticals
  • Help document best practices for creative, messaging, and user experience
  • Support onboarding of new partners, buyers, and internal team members


What We’re Looking For


Must-Have Skills


  • Strong attention to detail and judgment around messaging and claims
  • Experience in regulated industries (legal, finance, insurance, healthcare preferred)
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations


Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills


  • Experience reviewing ad creative and funnels
  • Familiarity with lead generation or performance marketing
  • Background in compliance, QA, or brand governance
