The Senior Producer at IRONCLAD is responsible for overseeing the production of film projects from inception to completion. The SP will collaborate closely with directors, writers, cinematographers, and other creative professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The leadership and expertise of the SP will be instrumental in guiding projects through every stage.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Global oversight of project management system. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring that all deadlines and milestones are met and tracked.
  2. Account + Contract Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing weekly updates on project status, addressing feedback and concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the production process.
  3. Budgeting and Finance: Manage project budgets, including allocating resources effectively and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  4. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate production teams to ensure that everyone is aligned with project goals and objectives.
  5. Subcontractor Management: Identify and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and talent to secure necessary resources while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  6. Risk Management: Anticipate potential challenges and risks throughout the production process, proactively implementing strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure smooth project execution.
  7. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism across all aspects of production.
  8. Post-Production Oversight: Oversee the post-production processes during weekly team meetings, ensuring that the final product meets or exceeds client expectations.
  9. Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in production, incorporating innovative ideas and techniques into IRONCLAD projects whenever possible.
  10. Upselling and Relationship Building: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional projects and/or Original Series Sponsorships to clients and cultivate long-term relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance to meet their evolving needs.
