1. Project Planning and Execution:
2. Develop detailed project workbacks, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project completion within set timelines and budget constraints.
3. Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently - on time, budget, and quality.
4. Stakeholder Management:
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to ensure alignment with project objectives and scope.
7. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
8. Supervise and motivate production teams to ensure that everyone is aligned with project goals and objectives, along with regular progress check-ins via CC/IVRs to ensure the project is on track.
9. Monitor team members' workloads and time allocations to identify potential bottlenecks and implement strategies such as workload prioritization to optimize team performance and ensure that critical project milestones are met on time.
10. Risk Management and Problem Solving:
11. Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
12. Troubleshoot and resolve project-related challenges in a timely manner, keeping stakeholders informed of any changes to project scope, schedule, or budget.
13. Quality Assurance and Project Delivery:
14. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations and industry best practices.
15. Oversee the quality assurance process to identify and address any defects or issues before project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing digital media projects, preferably in a creative agency or digital media production environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading project teams and delivering projects on time and within budget to the utmost quality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Monday.com, Google Suite, etc.
