THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management

• Aligning hosts' availability and recording blocks with guest availability.
• Overseeing the master recording calendar.
• Scheduling recordings via Zoom and Riverside.
• Confirming all scheduled recordings to ensure zero downtime.

Guest Acquisition

• Finding channels and contacts for high-profile guests.
• Writing and crafting compelling, personalized pitches.
• Managing overall relationships with guests, publicists, and talent managers.

Reporting

• Regular touch points with producers and talent on the status of guest acquisition efforts.
• Upkeep of project management calendars for all scheduled recordings.

Required Proficiencies

Tools & Software

• The ideal candidate must be proficient in critical communication tools (email, texting, social media direct messaging, WhatsApp).
• Expertise in Google Calendar, Monday.com project management boards, and Zoom/Riverside scheduling interfaces.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Highly organized: Ability to juggle multiple show schedules simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills: Professionalism is paramount when dealing with high-profile talent.
