🚨 THE NON-NEGOTIABLE: IN-PERSON ONLY
This is a 100% ON-SITE internship at our HQ in Virginia Beach. REMOTE applicants will not be considered. We believe elite skills are forged in the room, not over a Slack channel. If you are looking for a "work from home" or hybrid opportunity, this is not the place for you. Do not apply if you cannot be physically present.
POST-PRODUCTION INTERN (SUMMER 2026 SERIES)
IRONCLAD | Virginia Beach, VA (100% ON-SITE)
The IRONCLAD Experience
Most film internships involve sitting in a remote home office or running coffee for a crew that doesn't know your name. This is not that (except for maybe the coffee part… someone has to keep the editors caffeinated).

- Workload: Associate Editing; DIT; Storage Solutions & File Hygiene.
- Mentorship: Direct feedback from Tier 1 Senior Editors and Filmmakers.
