THE ROLE
We are hiring a Head of Operations to build and run the operating system of the business.
This is not a support role.
You will:
- Build systems
- Enforce execution
- Create total visibility
- Hold departments accountable
- Remove the CEO from day-to-day operations
You are here to make the machine run at a high level, every day.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
SYSTEMS
- Build and install SOPs across:
- Sales → Production → Delivery
- Content + show launches
- Ensure everything runs through a centralized system (Monday.com)
REPORTING
- Build a weekly scoreboard across:
- Active projects
- Deadlines
- Performance
- Efficiency / margins
The business should be understandable in minutes, not meetings.
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Every project has:
- an owner
- a timeline
- a clear outcome
- Enforce discipline across:
- Studios
- Originals
- Sales
- Marketing
AI + LEVERAGE
- Implement AI across:
- reporting
- forecasting
- capacity planning
Build systems that tell us what’s coming—not just what happened.
CAPACITY + SCALE
- Align pipeline with team capacity
- Identify bottlenecks early
- Help scale output without breaking the system

First 90 Days:
- Full visibility across all projects
