Position Overview
The Chief of Staff is the operational leader responsible for turning strategy into execution. This role owns the company's operating rhythm, drives accountability across every department, and ensures priorities move forward without depending on the CEO.
Your Role
- Build and lead the company's operating system.
- Drive execution and accountability across every department.
- Free the CEO to focus on vision, sales, partnerships, capital, and brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Execution
- Own the company's sales operating rhythm.
- Ensure every opportunity is tracked with clear ownership and next actions.
- Lead weekly pipeline reviews and maintain accurate forecasting.
- Resolve stalled opportunities before they impact revenue.
• Company Execution
- Drive execution across Sales, Accounts, Studios, Originals, Marketing, and Operations.
- Ensure every project has an owner, due date, status, and next action.
- Remove roadblocks early and keep priorities moving without CEO follow-up.
• Financial & Operational Visibility
- Maintain visibility into COGS, gross margin, capacity, project health, and hiring needs.
- Identify operational bottlenecks before they impact the business.
- Ensure leadership has accurate, real-time operational reporting.
• Leadership Rhythm
- Lead weekly and quarterly operating rhythms.
- Run leadership meetings focused on KPIs, decisions, action items, leadership ledgers, and SOP audits.
- Ensure meetings drive decisions—not status updates.
- Hold leaders accountable for execution.

- Maintain executive visibility into:
- Revenue
- Sales Pipeline
- Downloads
- Audience Analytics
- Capacity

- Gross Margin

- Hold department leaders accountable for results.
- Make operational decisions and reallocate resources as priorities shift.
- Resolve bottlenecks and continuously improve systems.
- Escalate only strategic decisions to the CEO.
• Continuous Improvement
- Eliminate unnecessary meetings and duplicate work.
- Simplify workflows and refine SOPs.
- Improve reporting and organizational efficiency every quarter.
• AI & Automation
- Implement AI across reporting, SOP creation, dashboards, project management, CRM follow-up, proposal generation, and internal operations to increase speed and scalability.
• Scalability
- Build systems capable of supporting more clients, productions, employees, and revenue without creating operational bottlenecks.
CEO Focus
The Chief of Staff exists to ensure the CEO spends the majority of their time on:

Everything else should move through the operating system.
Qualifications
- Experience in operational leadership, Chief of Staff, COO, or business operations.
- Proven experience driving execution across multiple departments.
- Experience building operating systems, dashboards, KPIs, and accountability rhythms.
- Strong project management and organizational leadership skills.
- Track record of scaling organizations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience supporting businesses in the $5M–$25M range preferred.
