  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.
  • Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, and ecommerce revenue recognition.
  • Partner with operations and supply chain teams to monitor inventory performance and cash flow.
  • Lead sales tax compliance and coordinate other tax reporting with external tax and audit partners.
  • Support financial planning initiatives and provide reporting insights to leadership.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within NetSuite and related systems.
  • Assist with ERP optimization, reporting customization, and system integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies.
  • Monitor compliance with and prepare compliance and financial reports required in debt instruments or other contractual agreements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience, within an e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite.
  • Strong understanding of inventory accounting and ecommerce financial operations.
  • Experience managing month-end close and preparing financial statements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with multi-channel ecommerce businesses (Shopify, wholesale, retail, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP implementations, integrations, or system optimization projects.
  • Familiarity with inventory planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Experience supporting audits and external financial and tax reviews.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and basic income and sales tax principles.

What Success Looks Like

  • Accurate and timely monthly financial reporting.
  • Improved visibility into inventory and cash flow performance.
  • Streamlined accounting processes and stronger internal controls.
  • Efficient use and optimization of NetSuite across financial operations.
  • Strong partnership with leadership in supporting strategic business decisions.
