What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead and manage on-site installation crews to ensure job quality and efficiency.

✔ Communicate professionally with customers, answering questions and ensuring satisfaction.

✔ Apply concrete coating systems (epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane, and other coatings) with expert precision.

✔ Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges, including surface preparation issues and installation concerns.

✔ Train and mentor crew members, ensuring all team members follow proper installation techniques and safety procedures.

✔ Oversee job site organization, tool maintenance, and adherence to project timelines.

✔ Attend advanced off-site training with industry experts to expand skills and knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in concrete coatings or a related trade (experience with epoxy/polyaspartic coatings preferred).

✔ Strong leadership skills – Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and maintain efficiency.

✔ Excellent communication – Comfortable working with customers and crew members.

✔ Detail-Oriented & Problem Solver – Ability to troubleshoot and ensure flawless coating installations.

✔ Physically Capable – Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle equipment.

✔ Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Required for this position.

✔ Ability to pass a background check – Required prior to employment.
