In this full-time role as a Field Services / Level I Support Technician at InZernet Technologies, you will provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, with a focus on maintaining accurate documentation and strong communication and customer service skills.
InZernet Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Services / Level I Support Technician to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to our clients, as well as performing maintenance and repairs on their systems. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems, and will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Note: This position involves approximately 20% field services and 80% level I support. The individual will be required to travel to client sites as needed. This will be reimbursed at the standard mileage rate.
