InZernet Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Services / Level I Support Technician to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to our clients, as well as performing maintenance and repairs on their systems. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems, and will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
  • Install and configure hardware and software systems for clients
  • Resolve issues with popular applications including Office 365 products, Quickbooks, and any other applications you may experience.
  • Escalate issues to higher level support as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all technical support activities


Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Time management skills in order to fully utilize your time
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Note: This position involves approximately 20% field services and 80% level I support. The individual will be required to travel to client sites as needed. This will be reimbursed at the standard mileage rate.
