Our growing IT managed services provider (MSP) company is looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to pioneer our sales team.

You will take charge of increasing our market reach and impact by strategizing sales plans, networking to establish new client relationships, maintaining current client accounts, and leading our overall sales operations.


1. Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to identify and propose solutions that meet potential clients' business needs.

2. Execute strategic sales plans that expand our customer base and solidify our presence in the market.

3. Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

4. Collaborate with internal teams ensuring customer requirements can be met.

5. Attend industry events and conferences to network and increase brand awareness.

6. Share customer feedback with our marketing and product departments to enhance products and services.

7. Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.


1. Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Associate or similar role in the IT/MSP industry.

3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively all levels.

4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying excellent attention to detail.

5. Substantial knowledge of CRM software and the MS Office suite.

6. Demonstrated achievement in meeting sales goals.

7. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

8. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

9. Some travel will be required and is negotiable.
