Sales Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic SaaS Sales Specialist with a self-starter attitude to join our growing team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating your own leads for various Software as a Service (SaaS) products. You will be showcasing product demos and converting interested parties into committed customers. The position involves a competitive commission structure and requires excellent persuasion and negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads for our range of SaaS products using various channels and techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations, explaining the features and benefits of our software effectively to potential clients.
- Convert leads into customers by successfully persuading and negotiating terms.
- Handover new accounts to the onboarding team for a smooth transition.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any conflicts arising in the process of sale.
- Continually update knowledge on product offerings and industry trends to improve sales efforts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and generate leads.
