Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage, and execute test plans and test cases for our software applications.

- Conduct comprehensive testing on various software applications to ensure functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with other systems.

- Proactively identify, track, and resolve defects and inconsistencies during the testing phase.

- Collaborate closely with software developers to ensure that program specifications and requirements are adhered to.

- Monitor all stages of the software development process to identify system malfunctions and suggest quality improvements.

- Document test results and develop quality assurance reports.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in software quality assurance.

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Experience in writing clear, concise, comprehensive test plans and test cases.

- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
