We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to spearhead the design, development, and launch of new, cutting-edge products within our portfolio. This individual will take a central role in driving product vision across multiple functional areas, including engineering, design, and data science. The ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with different teams is a must to ensure cohesive, successful product development in our fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product roadmap by conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, and developing marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and communicate the progress of the product development life cycle.

- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape and turn insights into compelling product features and innovations.

- Assist in maintaining the backlog of product features, user stories, and tasks and guide development teams in executing them.

- Understand financial aspects of product development, including budget, return on investment and profit-loss projections.

- Convey product benefits to customers and stakeholders through demonstrations, presentations and written content.

- Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be advantageous.

- Proven experience in Product Management or a similar role within a related field.

- Strong understanding of development methodologies, user experience design, and digital marketing.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong presentation, leadership, and project management abilities.

- Knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. 

- Ability to work within cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
