As a Product Communication Specialist at IZT (Apps), you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role requires a detail-oriented individual skilled in technical writing, customer service, and software development project management.


Responsibilities:


- Regularly update status pages on current incidents to keep our clients informed about any issue related to our software platforms. This information will be precisely detailed for our non-technical customers to understand easily.

- Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure any changes made in their codes are fully outlined in our release notes.

- Take responsibility for generating comprehensive and clear release notes that highlight new releases and updates.

- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring their innovative ideas and feature requests are presented to our development team.

- Accurately track project timelines for new feature requests, communicating these timelines effectively with customers.

- Perform other administrative tasks related to these workflows when required.


Qualifications:


- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience in technical writing, customer service, or product management.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Prior experience with software development and release note generation.

- Outstanding customer service skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.

- Knowledge of software development cycles and project management methodologies.
