Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to our users by resolving application issues efficiently and accurately.
- Becoming an expert on our application suite to effectively troubleshoot issues and assist customers.
- Working in a rotational shift system to ensure 24/7 support availability.
- Prioritizing and managing several open issues at one time.
- Documenting diagnosis, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the service record system.
- Maintaining a professional, positive, and helpful demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Continuously finding ways to reduce response times and improve the overall support process.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Prior experience in customer support, application support, or a related role.
- Superior knowledge of troubleshooting steps and support methodologies.
